 Welcome! This site will allow you to view your order summary, shipping status and reprint (if needed) your return shipping label. Please keep in mind that this website only keeps data on work orders up to 60 days old. In addition, data on handset models is TENTATIVE, and will be updated and finalized in the weekly Missing Unit and Chargeback reporting sent to your SRSS. Finally, all returns are subject to verification of contents, and a chargeback may occur if the contents are incorrect.
